land in public, and others with the same problem find the answer. Never post
license keys or meeting content there; anything private (purchases, license
keys, refunds) goes through the form below.

Use the form at https://gensoft.ge/meeting-recorder/support with:

- Your name (optional)
- Your email (we use it only to reply)
- What's going on — what did you do, what did you expect, what happened instead? If it's about a specific recording, the app's transcribe.log (next to the transcript) helps a lot.

We usually reply within one business day.
