Geniuses Software provides Telegram-based bots and mini applications for business automation, including but not limited to class booking, scheduling, notifications, and communication tools.

3. User Accounts

When you interact with our Telegram bots, a user profile is automatically created using your Telegram account information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Telegram account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Send spam, abusive, or harmful content through our bots.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

When using our booking services:

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.
• Cancellation policies are set by each individual service provider.
• Geniuses Software is not responsible for disputes between users and service providers.

6. Google Calendar Integration

If you authorize Google Calendar access through our Services:

• You grant us permission to read and create calendar events on your behalf.
• You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
• We use Google Calendar data solely to provide scheduling functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of our Services are the property of Geniuses Software and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Services without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
